Happy Almost 4th of July Weekend!

It seems odd for the 4th of July to be in the middle of the week for some reason. You know, like it's just another day of the week. I'm celebrating early and getting away for the weekend.

Yesterday, I started on one of the four quilts I need to do. I cut a TON of strips, and then, cut them again and again into varying lengths. I really could use a higher table. Cutting can be a real pain...literally!

I made 18 of the 66 blocks I'll need, so I'm off to a good start! I'm going to love this quilt.
