Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

My department at work has a tradition of celebrating birthdays. We all bring something to share and we’ve developed some favorites along the way. One boss always makes homemade ice cream, while another makes guacamole. We won’t let Kelly bring anything except her cheese ball! I’ve brought this Fruit Salsa twice now and have had numerous requests for the recipe. It’s really easy and particularly great for the summer!

Fruit Salsa

INGREDIENTS:
3 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 gala apples, peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
1 pound strawberries, chopped
2 Tablespoons white sugar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
3 Tablespoons raspberry preserves (My preference, although you can use any flavor.)

Cinnamon Chips

DIRECTIONS:
Combine fruit, sugars and preserves in a large bowl.  Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes. Serve with cinnamon chips.
