Turkey - Spinach - Feta Burgers
2 lbs. ground turkey
2 eggs, beaten
1 10 oz. package spinach, drained and chopped (squeeze to remove excess water)
6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 TBL. minced garlic
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 & 1/2 TBL. Worchestershire sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Make each patty from 1/4 cup mixture. Spray pan with light coating of non-stick spray. Cook over medium/low heat on stove for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Great on the barbecue, too! When grilling, cook on foil.
Or broil, 5 minutes each side.
Serve on toasted slider bun, spread with Lemon Mayo Spread (recipe below) and slice of tomato.
1 part lemon to 1 part mayo (or to taste)
