Quilt for Baby Girl Gray

Baby Girl Gray is due into the world soon. Her little cousin was just born last week and I think about how much fun these two little cousins are going to have growing up together. I have such great memories of family gatherings with my own cousins.

I found this pattern one night when I was cleaning up and organizing my computer. I'd forgotten all about it. It was a free download and you can get your own copy at Art Gallery Fabrics. The pattern is for a much bigger quilt, but I scaled it down to baby size. (48"x 48")

I don't make a lot of quilt with points, but I'm happy to say I have most of mine intact. The large star blocks are 24" blocks, so this quilt actually went together pretty quickly. I'll definitely use this pattern again.

Fabrics from: Hobby Lobby, got lucky at Joann's and had the perfect yellow/green in my stash.
